#203 Market Square
The new clinic is tucked up in a corner of Market Square! It’s a bit of a trick to find the clinic within the Market Square building the first time, so buckle up for a little adventure.
Unit #203 is on the Johnson Street side of the Square, above the Violette Boutique store. The most direct access is through the building lobby that houses the Assembly of Text shop on Johnson Street. There is an elevator option to get to the second floor, then turn left to find a short set of 6 steps to access the hallway to the clinic. The clinic door is at the end on your right, just before a door to an outdoor stairway back down to street level (exit only, it’s locked from the outside). There is a bathroom on the same floor, but you will need to come into the clinic to get a key.
**Special emphasis that the unavoidable set of six steps exists, which makes accessibility to this location challenging for those with mobility restrictions. Options for small clinic spaces in Victoria are very limited, and I was not able to find a more accessible space that would work. Apologies to those for whom this creates a barrier – please reach out if you would like some referrals for more accessible clinics.
Parking
The closest parkades are Bastion Square Parkade (on Yates, 3 min walk via Waddington Alley) and Centennial Square Parkade (on Fisgard, 7 min walk).
You can find real time parkade availability here: Victoria Parkades. Please note that although many parkade spaces are now equipped with charging stations for electric cars, you are still allowed to park there with your non-electric vehicle.
There are several private paid off street parking areas between Fisgard and Herald, and a small paid lot run by the city in front of Market Square along Warf St (accessible via Pandora only).
Free 2 hour street parking can be found on Discovery St (8 min walk), and across the bridge along Songhees Rd at Songhees Park (8 min walk).
There are two accessible parking spaces for those with a pass. One is on the opposite side of Johnson Street, in front of Friends of Dorothy. One is in the small parking area along the Warf Street side of Market Square, in front of Cafe Mexico.

Centennial Square Bike Valet is free, secure, and easy. It utilizes a coat check system for dropping off and reclaiming your bike.
